What is the way to make channel letter sign?

1.  Cut out the aluminum, stainless steel or iron sheet base on the designs, if use iron sheet, we will make coatings to protect it from rust.

2.  Weld the cutted plate with certain depth of returns to get letter cabinet. 

3. Polishing and painting.

4. Install led lights into the cabinet and solder connect the wires

5. Cut the acrylic board base on the design, and assemble it onto the chanel letter sign cabinet.

6. Test the lights.

With large dimension sign, the sign depth normally large too to get a great 3D vision.But if the store front or background is not large which your sign is smaller comparatively, reduce the channel letter sign depth is a good idea.

4. Led power supply, Choose the famous brand power supply such as Meanwell, which is tested stable working for decades.
